Schedule
In order to allow enough time for planning, documentation and promotion of the activity, CME/CE application materials* must be submitted to the CME department according to the following schedule.
Course/Workshop/Training (in-person or virtual)
- Internal (Beaumont audience only): 6 weeks prior to the meeting date
- External (Beaumont + non-Beaumont audience or non-Beaumont audience only): 12 weeks prior to the meeting date
Regularly Scheduled Series (grand rounds, tumor boards, M&M, etc.) [available for Beaumont departments only]
- 3 weeks prior to the first meeting in which credit will be offered
On Demand Module
- 6 weeks prior to the expected release date
*Application materials include the completed CME/CE application with agenda and faculty list, completed disclosures for planning committee members, and a preliminary budget (if the activity will incur expenses or receive income). Late submissions may result in an additional rush fee or the request may be declined.
An application must be submitted and approved by CME before any mention of CE credits can be made on marketing materials.
