Thank you for your interest in the Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program at Beaumont Health, Royal Oak. Fellows in our program work side by side with very diverse, talented and dedicated teaching faculty to learn the broad range of Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. Our busy volume, and commitment to limiting entering fellows to one per year, allows for an unmatched opportunity for the motivated fellow to have an unparalleled experience. Our graduates easily meet all training volume requirements to be ready for independent practice.

We are part of an outstanding Cardiology Department with excellent interventional, structural, and advanced cardiac imaging faculty and facilities. Our fellows are exposed to academic and private practice settings, which helps with career definition, and with the transition after graduation from the program. Our robust educational curriculum prepares the graduate for board certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and for a lifetime of learning. Our fellows are expected to work on research projects related to their career interests, and to present these at national and international meetings. We also emphasize fellow well-being and a proper work-life balance during training.

As program director, I take a personal interest in the mentoring of our fellows to help identify and achieve their career goals. Thank you again for your interest. I hope you like what you see.
