Fellows are expected to complete a research project during the course of the fellowship. Protected time is provided so that fellows may work on their projects. Fellows may develop and complete a new project under the supervision of a faculty mentor, or
join an existing project. Research interests in the Division include congestive heart failure, syncope, dysautonomia, urinary incontinence, dementia, rehabilitation outcomes, drug therapy in the elderly, infection control, and nursing home quality
improvement.
