For the upcoming interview season we will be conducting only online (virtual) interviews but will be offering several in-person sessions for candidates to see the facilities and meet more members of the department.

Yes, although the vast majority of the curriculum is the same. Osteopathic residents take part in required longitudinal experiences for osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) and osteopathic philosophy. Allopathic residents may take part in these experiences, but they are not required.

Yes. Residents rotate through inpatient pediatrics, newborn medicine, pediatric emergency medicine and obstetrics at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. Residents may also rotate there during their elective months.

There are four Family Medicine programs. Beaumont, Troy; Beaumont, Grosse Pointe; Beaumont, Dearborn; and Beaumont, Farmington Hills.

Each program location is individual and applicants would have to apply for each program separately.

The Family Medicine Residency programs at Troy and St. Clair Shores are unopposed.

Yes. We sponsor J-1 visas.
