The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program at Beaumont Hospital, Corewell Health Farmington Hills Hospital & Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is a three-year program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The mission of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program is to train residents to provide compassionate, extraordinary care to a diverse population. The program is designed to develop future Plastic Surgeons who embody excellence in patient and family centered care. The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Program provides services to diverse urban and suburban communities in the settings of both community and academic acute care campuses.
The Beaumont Health Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery program Aims to:
- To train knowledgeable and compassionate full-service Plastic Surgeons dedicated to providing extraordinary care to the diverse communities, patients, and families they serve.
- To develop physicians, through progressive responsibility and experience, for the care and treatment of all patients in all aspects of diseases and disorders within the scope of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
- To prepare future Plastic Surgeons with the clinical, humanistic, and professional skills necessary to deliver high quality care within the confines of effective and efficient resource utilization.
