Pharmacy Residency Programs

PGY1

Dearborn

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital offers a twelve month American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited PGY1 residency program for up to four candidates. The program begins in early July and ends in late June.

Royal Oak

The Pharmacy PGY1 Residency Program at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is fully ASHP-accredited and has been training residents from a variety of schools since 1977. Each year, the Department of Pharmacy Services recruits six PGY1 pharmacy residents to the program. The program begins in mid-June and ends in June.

Troy

Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital offers a twelve month American Society of Health-System Pharmacists ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency Program for up to two residency candidates. The program starts in early July and ends in late June.


PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership

Royal Oak

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital offers a fully ASHP-accredited 24 month PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program for one residency candidate each year. The program begins in early July and ends in late June.


PGY2 Ambulatory Care

Royal Oak

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital offers a fully ASHP-accredited twelve month Ambulatory Care PGY2 Residency Program for one residency candidate. The program begins in early July and ends in late June.


PGY2 Critical Care

Royal Oak

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital offers a fully ASHP-accredited twelve month Critical Care PGY2 Residency Program for one residency candidate. This residency program is divided into ten-one month critical care rotations, an orientation month and a research month.


PGY2 Emergency Medicine

Royal Oak

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital residency programs are conducted in accordance with the ASHP accreditation standards. All programs have achieved the maximum 6-year accreditation cycle with the exception of the PGY2 Emergency Medicine (EM) Pharmacy Residency which is in candidate status.


PGY2 Infectious Disease

Royal Oak

Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital offers a twelve-month Infectious Diseases PGY2 Residency Program for one residency candidate.
