I am missing credits from my transcript.
In order to have your CME credits recorded on your transcript, you must complete one of the following verification mechanisms:
- Regularly Scheduled Series (i.e., department grand rounds, tumor boards, etc): submission via text message (at the time of the meeting) or completion of the online credit claim process. Credits claimed through the online process are uploaded into the system on a monthly basis.
- Seminars/Conferences: completion of the online evaluation and credit claim module - information regarding the online credit claim process is included in the handout for each meeting and must be completed within 4 weeks of the seminar date.
My contact information is incorrect.
In order to update your contact information (including changing your password), please log in to the CME portal, click on 'My CME' and then 'Profile.'
Registration and Transcript System
The CME Credit Transcript system is linked to the registration system. If you have registered for a seminar in the past, you will use the same email address used when registering to access your transcript.
