Program Curriculum
Follows ACGME guidance on curriculum that gives emphasis on ample time for scholarly projects while honing skills in education, leadership and advocacy.
Our program aims to educate fellows to develop competence in the principles and performance of quality improvement, patient safety, and process improvement initiatives that improve the health of children. Our goal is to educate our fellows to develop early mastery in leadership and the administrative work important to pediatric hospital medicine.
Fellows will get ample time with each rotation in year one and two. In those two years, we will train fellows for mastery in providing high value, team-based care to all pediatric inpatients & to be excellent, inspiring medical educators committed to feedback and learner assessment.
Our competitive and robust curriculum will allow our fellows to rotate with all disciplines and specialties related to pediatric medicine.
