Please review the orientation documentation below and ensure you are knowledgeable of this clinical placement information. If you are faculty, it is your responsibility to ensure your students are also knowledgeable of this information. As faculty, please be sure to contact the manager of your assigned unit/department for your clinical placement as soon as possible in order to arrange a date and time for your unit/department orientation.
Make sure all required paperwork is emailed to Laura Zahm after the first clinical day. Absence of required paperwork will result in suspension of clinical and may result in cancellation of clinical.
Upon completion of your clinical hours, please return to ACE in order to complete the clinical site evaluation.
