Residency candidates must be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy
accredited in the United States and must be eligible for licensure in
the State of Michigan. Candidates must have successfully completed an
ASHP accredited PGY-1 Residency. In addition, candidates must register
for the Matching Program and have a National Matching Services (NMS)
applicant number.
Please submit all applications through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS).
Tentative deadline for applications: January 1st
Completed residency packets will be reviewed. Upon favorable review,
residency candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.
